- Al Hamra: Al Hamra Heritage Village Visit ancient village and Bait Al Safa living history museum where locals demonstrate old Omani traditions in a restored 400 year old mud-brick house. You will be encouraged to take a photo dressed in national costumes.
- Misfat al Abriyyin: Misfat Al Abrieen A walk in a picturesque old mountain oasis with banana groves and garden terraces. It is possible to find famous Omani mountain honey here in one of local shops.
- Jebel Shams: Jebel Shams Mountain of the Sun is part of Hajar Mountain range and at 2,997 meters is the highest point of Oman. Go on a short and easy hike to admire Wadi Ghul – unforgettable views of Grand Canyon of Arabia.
