Arrival & Registration

• Please arrive 20–30 minutes before your scheduled driving experience.
• Have your booking confirmation and ticket number available upon arrival.
• Register at the main reception where your booking will be validated by the customer service team.
• You will receive a wristband and be guided to the briefing room where you will meet your instructor.
• The full experience duration, including arrival, registration, briefing, safety preparations, driving session, and departure, is approximately 60 minutes, subject to Race Control and Circuit Safety Operations scheduling.

Digital Waiver (Mandatory)

• All participants must complete a mandatory digital waiver before arrival.
• Our customer service team will assist with driving licence verification and waiver procedures approximately 24 hours before the experience.
• Guests who fail to upload the required documents digitally will be contacted prior to arrival, as completion is mandatory.
• Participants aged 17–21 years must have a parent or legal guardian authorize and sign the digital waiver.

Driving Licence Requirements

• Drivers must be 17 years of age or older.
• UAE residents must present a valid UAE driving licence.
• Non-UAE residents must present a valid domestic driving licence from their home country that has been held for at least one year.
• Drivers aged 17–25 years must have held a driving licence for a minimum of two years.
• Provisional or learner licences are not accepted.
• If your current licence does not display the original issue date, proof of previous driving history may be required.
• If a manual transmission vehicle is requested, the driving licence must legally permit manual vehicle operation.

Safety & Planning

• A mandatory safety briefing will be conducted before driving.
• Yas Marina Circuit maintains strict safety measures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Any abusive behaviour, reckless conduct, or safety violations may result in penalties, removal from the experience, or referral to the relevant authorities.
• Alcohol consumption before the driving experience is strictly prohibited.
• Any incident resulting from alcohol impairment will be reported to authorities, and participants will be responsible for any resulting damages.
• All Yas Marina Circuit rules and regulations must be followed at all times.

Spectators

• Spectators are welcome and may access designated viewing areas free of charge.

Weather & Operational Conditions

• Experiences may be rescheduled if cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen operational requirements.
• Experience schedules remain subject to Race Control and Circuit Operations availability.

Dress Code & What to Bring

• Wear comfortable clothing that covers your arms and legs.
• Closed-toe shoes are mandatory.
• Soft-soled training shoes are strongly recommended.
• Sandals, flip-flops, open footwear, and high heels are not permitted.
• Bring your original driving licence.
• Bring a valid Emirates ID or passport.
