- Power banks are strictly prohibited inside the attraction.
- St. Peter’s Basilica tour and access are not included.
- As per the attraction's regulations, please provide each participant's full name, ideally as on their passport, during booking.
- For the verification process, you must present a valid passport or identification during the activity
- Some parts might not be accessible and are subject to unexpected closures until further notice due site’s restrictions
- Wear clothing that covers at least the shoulders & knees. If your clothing does not comply with the rules, you may be denied entry
- All guests must undergo airport-style security. During high season the wait may be up to 2 hours.
- Late arrivals will neither be accommodated nor refunded.
- Photography is not allowed in the interior of the Sistine Chapel & some parts. The staff are authorized to delete any files taken
- Queues are expected during the Jubilee due to the high number of visitors.
- A number of services are suspended during the Jubilee: there is no cloakroom, only a place to leave pushchairs.
