Itinerary
Once we reach my house we will get to know each other by breaking the ice with a typical Roman aperitif based on prosecco and pizza with cured meats and cheese.
We will then prepare two typical dishes of the Roman tradition in each step: semolina gnocchi and meatballs in sauce with stuffed courgettes.
Finally, we will sit at the table together to eat everything we have prepared together.
The dinner will be accompanied by Italian wine and will end with typical desserts and local liqueur.

We will do every preparation step together and you can easily replicate everything we cooked together at home.
Please let me know in advance of any intolerances or food preferences.
- For this menu it is not possible to request an entirely vegetarian version, in any case the gnocchi and sauces do not contain traces of meat;
