- Cathedrale Notre-Dame de Reims: We will visit the classic gothic cathedral and learn about its history and significance in the origins of Champagne.
- Saint Peter's Abbey a young monk by the name of Dom Perignon perfected the art of making Champagne. We will also visit his final resting place.
