- Community of Madrid: We'll travel in an air-conditioned vehicle to the appellation of Rueda.
- Our next stop will start in the vineyard where we'll discuss the cycle of the vine before heading back to the winery for tasting of three wines.
- Matapozuelos: Lunch We head for lunch to a restaurant with one Michelin star to enjoy a tasting menu with wine pairing.
- Bodegas De Alberto: Our first visit will be at a historic winery with ties to the monks where we'll visit the underground cellars before witnessing a vinification process where wine is oxidised outside in demijons, somethin not largely practiced today, but a very important piece of history in Rueda. After a tour of the winery, we'll doing a guided tasting.
