Itinerary

  • Misir Carsisi (Spice Market): Your tour leader will meet you at the main gate of Spice Market and take you for a tour.
  • Galata Koprusu: You will walk on the Galata Bridge to watch the local fishermen and take the best pictures of Golden Horn.
  • Karakoy Rihtim: You will walk around Karakoy neighbourhood to try couple of local specialities such as Cig Kofte, cay (Turkish tea), borek (pastry) and baklava.
  • You will take the tunnel funicular up to Istiklal Street and head to Taksim Square. First stop will be a very local cafe which makes a very special Turkish Coffee called 'Mandabatmaz'
  • Istiklal Caddesi: You will walk up the hill and finish the tour at Taksim square but before the end, you will try different types of street food samples such as Turkish delight, kokoreç (grilled intestines), stuffed mussels, içli köfte (stuffed meatballs), Turkish delight and wet burger.
