Then, shift into a charming Parisian moment with an Emily in Paris themed afternoon tea, featuring a delightful selection of elegant sweet and savory creations. Guests may choose their preferred order—start with the massage and spa facilities or begin with afternoon tea—offering complete flexibility to curate the escape that suits them best.

A seamless blend of Balinese calm and Parisian charm, this experience promises relaxation, indulgence, and beautifully memorable moments.

Due to the nature of the experience, prior booking is required and confirmation is subject to availability. Guests must be 18 years or older to book a treatment, while those aged 16–17 must be accompanied by an adult. Towels, slippers, and grooming kits are provided, and a same-gender therapist policy is observed. Children are not permitted in the spa or treatment areas; however, guests with children aged 4–10 can enjoy 1-hour complimentary access to the Kids Studio Club with prior booking. The spa is a smoke-free zone, and all cell phones should be switched off or on silent.

Please inform our reception team of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical concerns when making your reservation. Special treatments are available for pregnant guests, but full-body massages and some treatments are restricted during the first and final trimesters. To maintain a relaxing environment and protect guests’ modesty, photography is not allowed in areas where others may be undressing. Robes and slippers are provided, and underwear must be worn at all times during treatments; disposable underwear is supplied for both ladies and gentlemen. All treatments are available to both male and female guests, with the therapist’s gender matching that of the guest.

Lockers are available, but hotel guests are advised to keep valuables in their room safe, as the spa is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft. All bookings are final; rescheduling must be requested at least 3 days in advance and is subject to availability. Guests should bring their own swimwear to access the spa facilities. Spa is scheduled between 11am to 1pm and 3pm to 8pm while afternoon tea from 3pm to 6pm, subject to availability. The Emily in Paris Afternoon Tea menu is carefully curated and we do not offer substitutions or modifications to the items served, except in the case of dietary requirements that have been pre-communicated.
