Know Before You Go
This experience is available daily from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM, with boarding starting at 8:00 PM. Guests are kindly requested to arrive on time, as the dhow will depart promptly as scheduled. Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Due to the nature of the experience, advance booking is required.
Rates are not valid during public holidays and blackout dates, including but not limited to Easter, Valentine Day, Iftar, Eid, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year Eve, Diwali, and Chinese New Year. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity. Rescheduling requests due to emergencies may be considered subject to approval and availability. Upper deck seating cannot be reserved in advance. Guests who wish to sit on the upper deck are advised to arrive early as seating is available on a first come first served basis. Dress code: Smart casual attire is recommended. During the Ramadan season, guests are kindly requested to dress modestly.
For bookings that include transfers, only one pick up and drop off location is allowed per booking. A minimum of two guests is required to avail of the transfer service. Additional Transfer Charge: An extra AED 40 per adult and AED 40 per child applies for pick-ups from the following locations: Sharjah, Ajman, Jebel Ali, Expo Site, The Villa, Motor City, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Investment Park, Al Qudra, and Al Badayer, in addition to the standard transfer rates.
