The spa is a peaceful sanctuary, and guests are requested to keep mobile phones off or on silent. Photography is not permitted in areas where guests may be undressing. Robes and slippers are provided, and underwear must be worn during treatments, with disposable options available for both ladies and gentlemen. All treatments are available for men and women, with therapists matched to the guest’s gender. Lockers are provided, but hotel guests are advised to keep valuables in their room safe. Pause Spa Château Berger features nine private treatment rooms, including a Couples Suite, and guests are welcome to arrive early to enjoy the whirlpool, steam room, or ice fountain—at least 30 minutes before their scheduled treatment is recommended. Late arrivals may reduce treatment time, but full charges apply. Guests should inform the team of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy, as special treatments are available for expectant mothers, with some restrictions in early and late stages. Spa Reception and Facilities are open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Guests with children aged 4 to 10 years old are offered complimentary access to the Kids Studio Club for one hour; prior appointment is required and bookings are subject to availability.
