Discover Bilbao and the Guggenheim Museum from Vitoria on a full day trip that connects Basque history, culture, and architecture. We depart from Vitoria at 9:30 to begin a walking tour of Bilbao’s Old Town, visiting iconic spots such as El Arenal, Plaza Nueva, the Arriaga Theatre, and La Ribera Market, where you will learn how a medieval town became an industrial and financial powerhouse in the late 19th century, and how the estuary and its bridges shape the city’s urban identity.
At 13:00, we enter the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao with an audio guide to admire its striking architecture and contemporary collections, a symbol of the city’s reinvention since the 1990s. At 14:30, we begin the return journey to Vitoria.
A comfortable and complete Bilbao tour, with private transportation, a local guide, and Guggenheim tickets included, ideal for lovers of art, architecture, and Basque culture seeking a well-planned experience.
