This bus tour takes you from Vienna to Salzburg, where you will visit the most popular sights of the city and some of the original filming locations of the film "The Sound of Music". On the tour there will be a picture stop at Melk Abbey, at Salzkammergut and a guided walking tour through the old town of Salzburg, passing Mozart's Birthplace, Mirabell Palace, Salzburg Cathedral and the Festival Hall.
- Vienna: Your tour will begin with pickup from your central Vienna hotel (selected hotels only) or the State Opera. Meet your expert guide and hop aboard your coach to begin your day trip to Salzburg.
- Melk Abbey: Photo stop. Enjoy an exclusive photo stop at the impressive Melk Abbey (30 minutes) – one of Europe’s most beautiful Baroque monasteries, offering spectacular views over the Danube. You will also enjoy a short photo stop at the magnificent Lake Mondsee before arriving to Salzburg (15 minutes).
