On this experience you will find a master class on the preparation of famous Georgian Khinkali and Ajarian Khachapuri.The event will be hosted in a Georgian family of experienced culinary guests in a cozy homely environment. They will teach you how to find ingredients,introduce you to popular recipes,and discover the secrets of Georgian cuisine,which will make it easy for you to cook at your home.
The first dish we will cook khinkali is the pride of Georgian cuisine.
Dough:
During the course of the workshop, you will learn how to properly select quantities and mix dough to make it elastic and soft.
Fixing:
You will find out what ingredients to fill your khinkali with the same healing broth that perhaps takes up the main place in the process of eating this dish.
You'll also learn how to turn your khinkali correctly so they don't fall apart when cooking.
We will cook khachapuri in the second dish in Ajarian style.
