  • Nizwa Fort Oman: Nizwa Fort is one of the oldest forts in Oman and lies in A'Dakhiliyah Governorate. It has a unique large round shape. Its height reaches 24 metres, with an outer diameter of 43 metres and an inner diameter of 36 metres.Nizwa Fort was built by Imam Sultan Bin Saif Al Y`aribi in the middle of the 17th century.
  • Nizwa: Nizwa is renowned for its silver jewelry, which is considered to be the best in the country. The people of Nizwa are masters in Khanjar making, recognized for its distinctive style and patterns, and noted for silver craftsmanship in general. They also make copper ware, coffee pots, swords, leather goods and pottery.
  • Bahla Fort: Bahla is a UNESCO World Heritage Site town, located 40 km away from Nizwa, and about 200 km from Oman's capital Muscat which lies in the Ad Dakhiliyah region of Oman. It is notable as the home of one of the oldest fortresses in the country, the 13th century Bahla Fort and the town's pottery.
  • Jabrin, also known as Jabreen, the town is known for its impressive castle, which was built by the Yaruba dynasty Imam Bil'arab bin Sultan, who ruled from 1679 to 1692 and who was buried on site.
