With the help of a local guide you will get introduced to a local cuisine through not only the cooking process but also through storytelling its history and culture.
During the cooking class I will share with some history and culture of traditional cuisine in this region! We will prepare the ingredients together and learn how to make the noddles from start to finish and the special techniques used to make it long and flexible. After we prepare the meal we will have dinner together and share with some fun stories as we devour into our delicious food.
